So, you spent too much money on presents this year and you are very short on cash, but you still want to hash. Well then it is the perfect time to cum to the 9th anal “FREE BEER FOR ALL THE HASHERS” hash on Saturday, January 18, 2014. That’s right! Hash cash is $0.00! Start and on after at Wild Cherry’s house, 16 White Oak Blvd., Mechanicsburg. We are going to try something a little different this year. Because of all the house construction in the area and the fact that it is the 9th trail, we have decided to bus your asses to the trail start location. Buses will start from Wild Cherry’s house. They will run from 1:45 pm to 2:20 pm (non hash times). There will be beer at the start, so you don’t have to hang out at the house to get that last beer in before trail. If you get to the house late you can either “never leave camp” or get directions to the start from the kitchen crew. It is an A-B trail with B being Wild Cherry’s house, so once you arrive you do not have to drive until the next morning. All you have to bring is a flashlight, dry bag and a sleeping bag. There is plenty of crash space and a complimentary breakfast. The trail and on after are dog friendly (non-trail running dogs are welcome to stay back at the house).For those of you who have not partaken before, here is a possible summary of activities based on previous years: you run an approximately 5 mile trail with a 1 keg of beer on trail and shot checks and you end up at Wild Cherry’s house where there is copious amounts of food, beer and alcohol. Circle in the garage (about 200 hashers). Then you can either watch the TV in front of a toasty fire, join 13 of your closest hashers friends in a 6 person hot tub (of course you have to do a naked snow angel first (weather permitting)), experiment with the Table O’Alcohol and then become intimately friendly with my toilet, shoot some pool and later use it as a bed with two of your companions, watch the fire department put out the tiny fire in a fire pit in my back yard, play some flippy cup, Beruit or darts or just sit around and have some more FREE BEER (we kicked 10 kegs last year) FOR ALL THE HASHERS. So cum on out and kill off those pesky little brain cells that keep reminding you that you shouldn’t have spent so much this holiday season.Di’erections: Directions from I-81: Take I-81 South to Mechanicsburg Exit #57 (Rte 114); at end of ramp, turn left on Rte 114; go 3.7 miles and turn right on White Oak Blvd (Trindle Spring Development) ; It’s the 8th house on right. Directions from I-83: Take I-83 to 581 West; get off at Mechanicsburg Exit #4 (Rte 641); turn right on Rte 641, Trindle Road; go 3.6 miles, turn right on York Street (Rte 114); go 1.0 mile and turn left on White Oak Blvd (Trindle Spring Development) ; 8th house on right.
