A Trail of Two T*tties
It was the best of times, it was the hashiest of times…” Welcome, dear hashers, to a trail that bridges two t*tties, two stories, and a celebration like no other! Prepare to embark on a journey of merriment and mud, of camaraderie and challenges. As we gather this weekend, we honor the retirement of a fellow hasher from the ranks of the Air Force, and we welcome a virgin hare to guide us through a trail of twists and turns!
As the hashers gather, the virgin hare will unfold the tale of the trail, “It was the best of trails, it was the muddiest of trails…” Expect to encounter shoe-sucking mud and revel in the camaraderie of your fellow hashers. Remember, headlamps are required, for even in the darkest of times, the trail shall be illuminated!
Along the path, you’ll encounter a check dedicated to our retiring hasher from the Air Force. Raise your glasses to salute their service as you navigate a stretch of tricky terrain. “A fork in the road, a fork in the trail, choose wisely, hashers, lest you fail!”
As the trail reaches its climax, brace yourselves for challenging inclines and steep descents. Here, the virgin hare shall test your mettle, with the promise of scenic views as your reward. “It is a far, far better trail that I hare, than I have ever hashed…”
In this tale of two cities, of mud and mirth, of hashers young and old, let us come together to commemorate the retirement of a hasher, the initiation of a virgin hare, and the enduring spirit of the Hash House Harriers!
